Pavlovia can be used in conjunction with a variety of online programs and a knowledge of programming languages would be an asset. Pavlovia does take longer to learn to use properly but once mastered is a very useful program. 

This has similar capabilities to Inquisit but requires a bit more programming knowledge so it would be better suited to students and faculty with some programming experience and willing to take a longer time to learn the software.
