Description: |
The Omnibus Personality Inventory was constructed to assess selected attitudes, values, and interests, chiefly relevant in the areas of normal ego-functioning and intellectual activity. Almost all dimensions included in the inventory were chosen either for their particular relevance to academic activity or for their general importance in understanding and differentiating among students in an educational context. The 14 scales included in the inventory are: Thinking Introversion, Theoretical Orientation, Estheticism, Complexity, Autonomy, Religious Orientation, Social Extroversion, Impulse Expression, Personal Integration, Anxiety Level, Altruism, Practical Outlook, Masculinity-Femininity, and Response Bias. |
