Description: 

The Anxiety Sensitivity Index (ASI-R) is designed to measure the fear of anxiety in order to identify patients with high anxiety sensitivity and to obtain information relevant to the diagnosis of agoraphobia, panic disorder and post-traumatic stress disorder. ASI-R assesses panic disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, dual diagnosis (substance abuse and anxiety disorder), and prospectively predicts panic attacks. After therapy, the ASI-R predicts relapse versus the durability of improvement. Administration time is less than 5 minutes.
